Holiday Hours! Our billing office and technical support will be closed Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Years Day. We apologize for the inconvience but want our employees to be able to spend these special days with their families. Now just because these offices are closed that does not mean you can't use the Internet. The Internet will on for your use. We also have a couple staff members that will be monitoring the system on these days in the unlikely case of problems. We truely want wish all our customers and their families a wonderful holiday season!
Are you expecting a new system for the holidays? Please let us help make the transfer to the new system easier by calling us to get a new install CD mailed to you in advance. Every year lots of customers get new systems for Christmas and have to wait to get their new system online til we open the day after Christmas. We would like to prevent that by sending you out a new cd in advance. Please call our office between the hours of 10 am - 6:30pm EST Monday - Friday to request a new install cd or simply go to the link below under "Your Dragon Account" and request for us to send you a new install cd. This will also prevent you from having to wait for the tech to call you back during the busy rush after the holiday. Also please remember you will need your username and password in order to install the cd. If you don't remember these please call us ahead of time. Thanks!
