How to Change Your Dragon E-mail Address

Please DO NOT request an address ending in something other than @dragonbbs.com

You must have an Internet account with Dragon Internet to be issued a new email address.

* Because no two users can be issued the same e-mail address we can not guarantee that the e-mail address you request will be available.  If  the requested address is not available you will be notified.  This is not a second e-mail account but an alias e-mail account name for your current address.  Do  NOT change the e-mail account in the browser.   You will only want to change the "email address" field.

Instructions for changing your email software can be found at Changing Email Software.  If you have ALREADY changed your email address once, and you change it again your mail will not be forwarded from the previous address to your new address.  If you are changing your email address from the address we assigned you to a new personalized address, all email going to the address we assigned you will be forwarded to the new personalized address.

NOTE: When signing up online your username and password may only contain letters and numbers (A-Z,0-9). We do not allow any special characters such as !,&,-,_,#, $, [,etc. Also all usernames and passwords are low case. If you use capital letters you WILL experience problems getting online!
