To download and run the new Dialer Utility please follow the steps below.

NOTE: Feel free to print the following steps to help you in this process.

1. Once you click on 'here'at the bottom of the page to start the download.

If you use Internet Explorer:

A.. When the download starts, you will see a dialog box with two options,
Run(Open) or Save.
B.. Choose Save this program to disk and press OK. Now choose to save the
file to your desktop by clicking the pull-down box (down arrow) and select
Desktop if that option is not already chosen. Click Save to begin
downloading the installation file.
C.. When the download of the installation file is complete, a file named
"Setup.exe" will appear on your desktop.

If you use Netscape:

A.. When the download starts, you will see a dialog box with two options,
Save or Cancel.
B.. Now choose to save the file to your desktop by clicking the pull-down
box (down arrow) and select Desktop if that option is not already chosen.
Click Save to begin downloading the installation file.
C.. When the download of the installation file is complete, a file named
"Setup.exe" will appear on your desktop.
Note: Download time can take anywhere from one to six minutes. This will
depend upon the speed you are connecting to the Internet.

When the download is complete, exit your browser and all other programs.

2. Dialer Setup: A. Once you have downloaded the setup.exe file, double click on the file to start the intstall wizard.
B. The first screen that will display is the terms of use. Once you have read through the terms, click accept.
C. Fill in the information as follows: Full Name: The name that you would like to display on your email account Username: Your dragon username (make sure everything is lowercase letters) Password: Your dragon password E-mail Address: Your Dragon Email Address
D. Click the select button to pick your dialup number. You need to select a local number for your area. Once you find your local number, click ok. E. Only change the options at the bottom of the setup if you need to. Click ok when you are finished. F. When you are prompted to restart the computer do so. You can take the cd out of the computer when it is restrarted. 3. When the computer starts back up,  you should be ready to connect with the new Dragon Internet Dialer. 

Keep the setup.exe file in a safe place. It is small enough to fit on a floppy disk in case you ever have to re-setup your computer or if you get a new computer. You can use this program to setup a new connection or for something as simple as fixing a problem with your email or changing your homepage back to Dragon Internet.
