We provide you with an install cd with your account in the case you need to install it on the system. We highly suggest that you use the Imail function on Dragon’s web page for your mail. By using this option you don’t have to setup your mail account on the computer you are using to access your account. Thus preventing anyone else using that computer from reading your email. Who wants to give someone something if it is going to cost the person money? Now you just give them the access. Prepaid Internet is a great gift! How do I get the local access number for the cities when I travel? You can use the button on the left marked “Access Locations”. This list contains all the access locations along with their phone number and how to log in. Or if you have the install cd with you, you can pull up the file with all the access locations. Or if none of the above fits your need you can call Dragon’s tech support at 1-888-657-0977. If you call the tech support number they will be happy to give you the locations in that area but you will need to know what cities are a local call from where you are calling.
