Dragon Internet Terms of Use

By using Dragon Internet you are agreeing to the following terms of service and agreements. This contract may be modified at any time by Dragon in order to comply with any local, national, or international laws, rules or regulations, or due to a change in the internet service being provided to us by our supplier without notice. Member expressly agree that use of the internet is at their sole risk. Neither Dragon or any other information provider, make any representation or warranty as to the results to be obtained from the use of the Internet. The Internet is made available on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to, warranties title, timeliness, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Neither Dragon, nor anyone else involved in creating, producing or delivering the Internet shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of use of the Internet, or inability to use the internet.

Limitation of Liability

The access to the Internet from Dragon can only be used for any lawful purpose. Transmission of any material in violation of any U.S. or state regulation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material legally judged to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims resulting from your use of the service which damages your or another party. Member has full, unrestricted access to the Internet; which, as a free-flowing information universe, may contain - in addition to the vast amounts of information on museums, geography, medicine, law, government, culture, etc. matter considered improper, offensive or even unlawful by some governments, private groups or individuals such as discussions, files, photographs and graphics relating to pornography, religion, politics, racism, criminal activity and the like. By using Dragon you accept this and agree to indemnify Dragon and hold it harmless from any actions or problems arising from or associated with such matter.

Any access to other networks connected to Dragon must comply with the rules for that other network. Member shall observe all generally accepted 'net etiquette'. Member agrees to be held liable for his/her actions and how they are interpreted by other "citizens" and users of the Net. Unacceptable behavior includes but is not limited to: sales practices, mass unsolicited e-mail distributions ("Spamming"), overt, direct advertising on discussion boards/newsgroups, language and other items.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Member CANNOT have multiple computers logged into the Internet at any one time. If member allows anyone else to use his or her account on members computer the member is responsible for all actions of the person using the account. Member cannot share their account with other households.

2. All accounts are non-refundable At the request to close an account it will remain active through the time it is paid for.

3. The member cannot use their account to run any form of internet service to others including but not limited to FTP Servers, Web Servers, or mass raids (either attended or automated) on other servers. Any member found to be providing these services will forfeit the remaining portion of their Internet account and will be fined $50 per month that the system logs show usage matching closely the month in which the violation occurs. This fine will be due immediately upon notice.

4. The member is responsible for what is done under his/her account name. The member has the option on-line to change their password regularly to prevent any password breech. Any member who is caught sharing their account will forfeit the remaining portion of the their account time without any right to a refund of any type.

5. Dragon is not responsible for any long distance telephone charges incurred by the customer due to improper phone number setup. Before calling, all customers should check the telephone number to insure they are dialing a number that is within their local dialing area.

Unlimited Access Terms

Unlimited personal access is defined as the ability to connect and use the service less than 150 hours per 30 day period. User is defined as one Internet account. Multiple people in one household purchasing one account is considered one user. Users using the service over 150 per 30 day period may be subject to restricted service.
